Outdoor Programs in Nepal
Partnered with Outdoor Programs at Utah State University, the GCL Nepal program will collaborate with Insight Himalaya, an organization that leads trekking expeditions in Nepal. Participants will engage in ethical practices in the tourist industry, trek and explore the Himalaya's, and learn how to recreate responsibility on public lands through non-motorized recreational opportunities. Students will be encouraged to test their own real or perceived psychological and physical limitations while building relationships with each other in dynamic outdoor environments.
